CURBSIDE DURING COVID The health and wellbeing of our clients, patients and staff remain a top priority at Beneva Animal Hospital. That is why we are moving to curbside services. All appointments will be made the same as a normal appointment. Please call when you arrive, and a BAH team member will take your pets history over the phone then meet you at the door to collect your pet. We ask that you wait in your vehicle while the doctor is examining your pet. Please keep your phone available for the doctor’s call. Once the examination and treatments are complete, you may pay over the phone by credit/debit card. If you are paying by check or cash, a team member will take the payment at your car. All documents, including invoices, can be emailed to you if you would like. Take to Back appointments- If your pet needs a take to back appointment. Please contact us ahead of time to let us know you are coming in. When you arrive please call from your car and let us know you are here. A team member will meet you at the door. Medication and Food refills- Please call ahead for any food or medication refills. Once it is ready a Beneva Team member will contact you to let you know it is ready. We are requesting that you pay over the phone before arriving. When you arrive at the clinic please call us and we will bring the medication/food out to you. We would like to thank you all for bearing with us during these challenges. We are taking all precautions so we will be able to remain open and take care of you and your pets.
Hurricane Boarding during COIVD We will NOT be doing boarding if there is a hurricane approaching. Please make other arrangements for your pet(s) during this time.
